Willmar Transmitter

Upgrades are good! Thankfully our God is able and willing to “upgrade” our lives with his grace, power, and goodness.

There are other practical upgrades as well. This month we were forced to upgrade the aging Willmar transmitter we use to send our signal to thousands of hearts and lives across that region. The cost for this is $47,611. The new unit we are installing is indeed an upgrade.  It is what is called “solid state” which will mean a savings of around $5,000 per year in electrical costs, engineering fees, and replacement tubes, providing a more reliable signal and giving us more flexibility in our programming. So all together, it’s a "sound" investment.

Still, the cost is substantial. We’re writing to you because we know you value the impact this ministry has in each community. So far we are grateful to report that have received gifts towards this need.
